Education & Events
The Oklahoma Professionals for Home Care holds a monthly luncheon, typically ten months out of the year (we don’t meet in July or December). Our meetings take place from N11:30 to 1:15 PM, and our meetings vary in location from Oklahoma City to Tulsa.
Sometimes our meetings will host a guest speaker with a current home health topic. Other meetings are round table events focused on topics generated by our membership. Every meeting has at its heart networking and support that comes from engaging with like-minded professionals!
Your membership in the OPHC includes one free lunch at each of the luncheons. Guests may attend for an additional cost of $28 apiece, paid at the time of attendance.
Each meeting is advertised on this website as well as on our Facebook page. Each month an eVite is sent via email so we can provide the restaurant a close count of those attending. If you would like to be added to our email list, please email us or fill out the form on the Contact Us page.
The Oklahoma Professionals for Home Care provides 12 to 16 hours of continuing education each year that meets the requirements for Home Health Care Administrators in the State of Oklahoma. Members of the OPHC attend these CEU classes for free! Non-members may attend these classes for a nominal fee.
These classes typically follow one of our standard monthly luncheon meetings, and last from 2 to 4 hours in length. Individuals must attend the entire class to receive credit for the class. These classes will be promoted as the teachers are enlisted, and as the luncheons for those months are scheduled.
Individuals will receive a separate eVite to attend these CEU classes, and should sign up to attend. Non-members must pay in advance to attend, and fees are non-refundable.
Lunches and CEUs are FREE for one person of each Member agency!
RECEIVE ONE HOUR OF CEU FOR ATTENDING!
Non-Members pay $28 for lunch w/free CEU when offered.
